Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
